Use the Modify > Table commands or the Property inspector to add and remove rows from a table.
To add rows or columns to a table:
1 | Position the cursor in a cell where you want the new row or column to appear. |
2 | Choose from the following options: |

Choose Modify > Table > Insert Rows to add rows. |

Choose Modify > Table > Insert Columns to add columns. |
3 | In the dialog box that appears, enter the number of rows or columns you want to add. |
4 | Specify whether the new rows or columns should appear before or after the selected row or column. Click OK. |

To add a single row or column to a table:
Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Macintosh) in the table where you want to insert a row or column, and choose Insert Row or Insert Column from the shortcut menu. One row or column is added above or to the right of the current one.
To delete a row or column:
1 | Position the cursor in a cell within the row or column you want to delete. |
2 | Choose one of the following options: |

To delete a row, choose Modify > Table > Delete Row, or right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Macintosh) and choose Delete Row from the shortcut menu. |

To delete a column, choose Modify > Table > Delete Column, or right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Macintosh) and choose Delete Column from the shortcut menu. |

To add or delete rows or columns from the bottom and right of a table:
1 | Select the entire table by clicking the left table border. |
